My great passion is creating safe spaces for other people to be authentically and unapologetically themselves. I strive to help clients find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships so they can know themselves as peaceful, complete, whole, and safe.

I am a Licensed Therapist who currently resides in New Jersey. More specifically, I am someone who sparks change in people's lives and relationships. I know that no single approach is the right one for every individual, and so I use an eclectic approach pulling from a range of modalities such as Mindfulness, Person-Centered, CBT, Strength-Based, and Movement Based therapies. Majority of my clients struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, and other life stressors. I offer a compassionate and genuine, yet direct and straight-forward approach to healing. I believe in creating a strong therapeutic relationship that includes mutual trust, respect, compassion, vulnerability, and shared decision-making.
I have been working in the field since 2014 and I know from my years of experience that every individual has the ability to make significant change. At the core of my approach is the belief that every individual has the ability and potential to access inner strengths, heal themselves, and reach desired goals. If you are ready to do the work, you will be amazed at how capable you are to explore parts of yourself you never knew existed. The process of therapy can allow you to grow more quickly than you ever have before.
