Self-love is a crucial component of our overall well-being and happiness. When we love ourselves, we are able to set healthy boundaries, communicate effectively, and make positive choices that align with our values and goals. But cultivating self-love can be a challenging task, especially in a world that often tells us to prioritize others above ourselves and to seek validation from external sources.
As a self-love coach, I am here to help you learn to love and value yourself just as you are. Through personalized coaching and support, I will help you discover your unique strengths and passions, and guide you on a journey of self-discovery and self-acceptance. Together, we will explore practical tools and strategies for building self-confidence, setting healthy boundaries, and cultivating a deep sense of self-worth.

We will work together to complete an 8-week curriculum exploring a variety of key elements that relates to self-love and applies to your journey. To support our work together, you will receive a personalized program filled with practices to help guide you. These include practices for self-inquiry, psycho-education, coping skills, therapeutic tools, yoga videos, meditations, homework, & more. This ensures that you're doing the work & are supported during the process. My goal is to help you become the best version of yourself. You are worth all the love in the world.

Let the journey begin...
Before we dive in, an individualized assessment is complete to understand your unique goals, needs, and challenges. We begin to explore where you are physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Each week, we meet to process what came up during your journey, explore new topics, and create a new program for the following week. Each program includes a variety of resources depending on individual needs. For Option B (see below), we check-in via message.

The support does not end at 8-weeks. There will be ongoing support including access to a community of like-minded individuals, and shared resources such as worksheets, affirmations, journal prompts, and more. This is to ensure your journey continues to be fulfilling and transformative.

Option A: Combination of 8 weekly live 45-minute virtual sessions AND content delivered via a HIPAA-compliant app consisting of psycho-education, videos, homework, and more.

Option B: Communication and content delivery 100% via HIPAA-compliant app.

Option C: Receive the full 8-week course without professional feedback.

Pricing:
Option A: $150/45-minute live session if paid per session (sliding scale available)
10% off if paid in full.
Option B: $65/week if paid per week (sliding scale available).
