You’ve spent so much time learning how to show up for others—how to care, perform, give, achieve - But what about you?!​ What about the parts of you that feel unworthy, never enough, or just...lost? The voice inside that criticizes more than it comforts? The version of you that keeps going, even when you're empty?

This isn’t self-love through sticky notes on mirrors. This is self-love through nervous system repair, emotional reclamation, and embodied truth.

My work is rooted in one core belief:

You are not broken—you're burdened by stories that were never truly yours.

I work with high-functioning, emotionally intelligent adults who are ready to shed the masks, the roles, and the beliefs that once protected them—but now keep them feeling stuck, unseen, or deeply disconnected from who they truly are.

Maybe you’ve done talk therapy.

Maybe you've kept it all together, but quietly wonder:

Why do I still feel like a stranger to myself?! Or why do I still hate myself?! Or why can't I find internal peace?!

My approach blends trauma-informed care, somatic healing, emotional processing, and embodied self-reclamation. Together, we don’t just talk about your story—we rewrite it through the body, the breath, and your nervous system. We heal the parts of you that were silenced, softened, or shaped by survival.

This is about remembering your wholeness—not through force, but through gentle, liberating work that honors your pace and your truth.

Self-love is a practice.

This phase is about facing the beliefs, roles, and inner narratives that have shaped your identity—many of which were inherited, internalized, or trauma-born. It’s the mind + body groundwork for healing. 

We will explore topics such as: 

  • Core beliefs/inner narratives 

  • Critical self-talk

  • Cognitive distortions

  • Somatic awareness and body-held stories.
