Self-love is a crucial component of our overall well-being and happiness. When we love ourselves, we are able to set healthy boundaries, communicate effectively, and make positive choices that align with our values and goals. But cultivating self-love can be a challenging task, especially in a world that often tells us to prioritize others above ourselves and to seek validation from external sources.


       As a self-love coach, I am here to help you learn to love and value yourself just as you are. Through personalized coaching and support, I will help you discover your unique strengths and passions, and guide you on a journey of self-discovery and self-acceptance. Together, we will explore practical tools and strategies for building self-confidence, setting healthy boundaries, and cultivating a deep sense of self-worth.

        We will work together to complete an 8-week curriculum exploring a variety of key elements that relates to self-love and applies to your journey. To support our work together, you will receive a personalized program filled with practices to help guide you. These include practices for self-inquiry, psycho-education, coping skills, therapeutic tools, yoga videos, meditations, homework, & more. This ensures that you're doing the work & are supported during the process. My goal is to help you become the best version of yourself. You are worth all the love in the world.

How it works...

Before we dive in, an individualized assessment is complete to understand your unique goals, needs, and challenges. We begin to explore where you are physically, mentally, and emotionally. 

Self-love, step 1

Each week, we meet to process what came up during your journey, explore new topics, and create a new program for the following week. Each program includes a variety of resources depending on individual needs. For Option B (see below), we check-in via message.

Self-love, step 2

The support does not end at 8-weeks. There will be ongoing support including access to a community of like-minded individuals, and shared resources such as worksheets, affirmations, journal prompts, and more. This is to ensure your journey continues to be fulfilling and transformative.

Awaken the soul with mindfulness

Discover the transformative power of mindfulness practices as you embark on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth.  You will be guided through a range of practices from breathing exercises, mindfulness techniques and tools, and meditation.

Empower the mind with self-love & psychotherapeutic tools

Coaching, guidance and support is offered by a professional to foster self-compassion and self-love, and to embrace your true worth.  Through scientifically proven methods, practices and tools, you will be empowered to enhance self-love and unlock your full potential.

Restore the body with yoga & movement

Immerse yourself in the practice of yoga and movement, designed to restore the body, unlock the power of your mind-body connection, and lead to inner harmony. Through a diverse range of yoga postures, flowing sequences, and mindful movement, you'll not only strengthen your body and increase flexibility but also restore its natural balance and vitality.

I am a compassionate and experienced self-love coach, dedicated to helping individuals embrace their true selves and cultivate a deep sense of self-acceptance through holistic healing. With a Master's in Mental Health Counseling, extensive experience in psychotherapy as a Licensed Therapist, Certified Yoga Instructor, and Yoga Therapist, I bring a unique blend of expertise to my coaching practice.

My coaching approach is grounded in a holistic perspective, integrating mind-body practices to promote healing and self-empowerment. I incorporate techniques from various modalities including scientifically proven psychotherapeutic techniques, mindfulness, yoga, and general movement.
