Tiffany Wright

Tiffany Wright has been studying Psychology since 2010. She received a Master’s of Science Degree in Mental Health Counseling and practices Psychotherapy as an LPC. Tiffany has worked in a partial care, crisis, and intensive outpatient setting with adults diagnosed with severe mental illnesses and substance use, as well as with children and adolescents diagnosed with emotional and behavioral disorders in school, community, and crisis settings. She believes in a holistic approach to therapy, integrating mind body practices to promote healing. Tiffany works to empower clients to reach their fullest potential in all aspects of their lives. She incorporates techniques from modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Movement Based, and Solution Focused Therapy.

Tiffany’s experience in mental health has led her to the practice of mindfulness and yoga as she became a Registered Yoga Teacher and completed a 500-hour therapeutic yoga teacher training. Tiffany had the privilege of grounding her theory of holistic, natural healing in the jungles of Thailand. Her background also extended to teaching gymnastics and cheerleading as she traveled the country coaching various middle and high school teams starting in 2007. In 2015, Tiffany became fascinated with the practice of Acroyoga and continued her journey in Indonesia to become a certified Acroyoga teacher. Tiffany began studying the art of contortion, leading her to develop a passion for teaching flexibility to all bodies. Tiffany has studied at Circadium Contemporary Circus Program at Philadelphia School of Circus Arts and continues to evolve in acrobatic and dance practices.
