  • Why integrate psychotherapy and yoga?
Holistic Approach: Our collaboration offers a unique blend of yoga and psychotherapy, providing clients with a comprehensive approach to healing and self-discovery. Trauma-Informed Practices: Both the yoga teacher and the psychotherapist are trained in trauma-informed practices, ensuring that all sessions are safe, supportive, and empowering. We prioritize consent, autonomy, and self-care, and encourage feedback and engagement throughout the process. Integration of Modalities: Our program integrates neuroscience-backed techniques, ancestral practices, and intuitive discovery in yoga, while the psychotherapy component draws from various research-based techniques to explore your past, connect with your present self, change behaviors, connect with your body, and cultivate presence and acceptance through conversation and reflection. Client-Centered Focus: Sessions are tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of each client, ensuring that the healing process is personalized and effective. Novel Collaborative Care: With consent, the yoga teacher and psychotherapist work closely together, collaborating on treatment plans and sharing insights to provide comprehensive care for clients.

Leanna C.

I can't express enough how grateful I am for the support and guidance I've received from Tiffany. Throughout the final stages of college and the various challenges I faced at home, she has been an unwavering pillar of strength and compassion. From the very first session, I felt an instant connection with her. She created a safe and nurturing environment where I could freely express my thoughts and emotions without any judgment. Her genuine empathy and active listening skills made me feel truly heard and understood, providing me with the courage to confront my deepest fears and struggles.
