Each Module Contains...

 

  • Seven days worth of content that includes daily journal prompts, educational videos, meditation practices, mindfulness tools, psychotherapy exercises, a movement class, and homework.

  • The foundation of this course stems from years of psychotherapy work and pulling from the techniques that have been most beneficial for the people I have worked with.

  • The program is provided on a hippa-compliant and user friendly app so you can access your program right on your phone.

  • Modules must be completed in order.

  • You have the option of sharing your thoughts and reflections on every exercise provided to help with accountability and support.

  • Find your tribe. You will have the option of joining a group chat with other individuals in the program to share your writings, works, thoughts, and more.
     

Self-Love = Power

What does self-love mean? How do you build it? Why is it so hard to increase? What are tangible exercises that you can do to work towards this goal? In this course, you will go on a journey to self-discovery and self-love, and soon be able to answer all of those questions. 

The practices in this course are meant to fill you up on a multitude of levels including physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. The purpose of each delicately chosen exercise is to provoke thoughts, stimulate you, and reconnect your mind, body, and soul to find a deeper connection with yourself. Exercises are meant for you to dig deep within where the answers already lie, and promote internal growth. You will be guided to understand and learn more about your needs. The course serves as an exploration and booster to your confidence, empathy, love, compassion, and inner peace. This is a progressive course. Meaning, before you can move on to the next day, you must complete the previous. The course is a total of seven days. You may complete each day at your own pace; however, it is encouraged to complete within two weeks to keep the motivation going. 

 

This program does require work! 
This course is not for you if you think that pressing the signing up button is all it takes. This course is for you if you are ready to do the work. That means making the time, completing the assignment that takes longer than you thought, journaling when you can think of 2304834 other things to do, and committing to doing your best to love yourself.  
That is how you will rebuild and re-love.
