What's included?
1. Individualized Assessment (Before we dive in, an individualized assessment is complete to understand your unique goals, needs, and challenges. We begin to explore where you are physically, mentally, and emotionally.)
2. 8 Weekly Sessions and Program Updates (Each week, we check-in to process what came up during your journey, explore new topics, and create a new program for the following week. Each program includes a variety of resources depending on individual needs. For Option B, check-ins occur via message.)
3. Ongoing Support and Community (The support does not end at 8-weeks. There will be ongoing support including access to a community of like-minded individuals, and shared resources such as worksheets, affirmations, journal prompts, and more. This is to ensure your journey continues to be fulfilling and transformative.)
