Personalized flexibility training plan with 10-20 drills sent via video tutorials to increase active and passive flexibility, strength and balance.

With 3+ week programs, we meet weekly to discuss how your training is going and to tailor the program as needed.

Throughout the program, you will have unlimited access to me via Whatsapp for questions and comments. You are encouraged to send videos and photos for tracking progress. 

During the course of your plan, you will receive 50% off virtual group classes. 


We may never meet in person, but I am here for YOU! I am fully committed to each one of my students.
