Option A:

Weekly text/photo check-ins*

Step 1: Within 24 hours of signing up, you will receive an email with questions pertaining to your goals, as well as instructions for how to take pictures for a flexibility assessment. 

Step 2: You will receive your personalized flexibility training program within 24 hours of sending your assessment. Each plan contains 10-20 drills via video tutorials that are tailored to meet your needs and goals. 

Step 3: Check-ins will occur weekly via text/audio messages where we will communicate about how the program is going and you will submit progress photos. 

Option B:

Weekly virtual live check-ins*

Step 1: Within 24 hours of signing up, you will receive an email with a link to schedule a virtual 45-minute consultation. Here will will discuss your goals and complete a physical flexibility assessment. 

Step 2: You will receive your personalized flexibility training program within 24 hours after consultation. Each plan contains 10-20 drills via video tutorials that are tailored to meet your needs and goals. 

Step 3: Check-ins will occur weekly via 45-minute live virtual sessions. These sessions can be used to explore drills in your program, work on additional goals, or be guided in a full training session. The choice is yours!
